What is erectile dysfunction(ED):
Erectile dysfunction is the inability to get or keep an erection firm enough to have sexual intercourse. It is one of the leading causes of unhappiness in marriage life. In whole world there are 30 million people are suffer from erectile dysfunction. Though in our country, it is still now a taboo and men feel shy to consult with doctor about their problem. Some researcher of BSSMU (bangobandhu sheikh mujib medical university ) shows that type 2 diabetics mellitus is one the most common cause of erectile dysfunction. But the problem is when we find erection problem in young adult also aged between (25-40) and they are not suffer from diabetics also. According to expert when blood flow in the penis is limited or nerves are harmed that cause erectile dysfunction. Stress or emotional reason is another cause for this young adult are suffer from erectile dysfunction.
Early atherosclerosis (hardening or blocked arteries caused by fat)is also a cause of ED.

Distress for the man and his partner
As ED affects a man’s wellbeing or his relationship ,it should be treated with higher priority.

In men, Kegel exercise target and strengthen the bulbo-cavernosus muscle which allow the penis to fill with blood during erection, pump during ejaculation and empty the urethra after urination.
By targeting this muscle, you should be able to see longer lasting and satisfying erection. The best part of Kegel exercise is you can done it anytime anywhere. Kegel are also known to improve other issue such as urinary incontinence and other common urinary problems which can also positively impact your sex life.
How to perform Kegel exercise on your own time:
Before starting the exercise, its best to locate bulbo-cavernosus muscle first. The best and easiest way to do this is by stopping your stream multiple times during urination.
Be sure you aren’t clenching muscles in your buttocks, stomach or legs instead .If you do so,you won’t see the same result. To perform kegel exercise, clench the bulbo-cavernosus muscle and hold for (3-5) second and then release, repeat this exercise (3-5 ) times.
Repeat this process at least 3 times daily for best result.
As your muscle gets stronger, increase from 3 seconds to 5 seconds, and so on. Challenge yourself to hold for longer periods on time. The goal is to hold the muscle for at least 10 second, 5 separate times, at least three times and a day. The more you are able to strengthen this muscle, the better the chances are for you to see results. Results won’t happen immediately either. Give yourself at least four to six weeks before expecting results.
