Umma Salma is the Executive Director & Consultant Physiotherapist at Mayfair Wellness Clinic in Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka. She is a health awareness speaker and educator. She has been working as a Physiotherapist for about eight years & currently she leads a team of professional Physiotherapists.

PAST EXPERIENCE
Previously worked with INDR (Institute of Neuro-Development & Research) as Physiotherapy Consultant & Fitness Specialist, where she also monitored the treatment of children with special needs (Autism, ADHD, CP etc). Before that she was practicing in Asgar Ali Hospital as a Clinical Physiotherapist. She has also served as a physiotherapist in CPRC (Chittagong Pain Paralysis & Physiotherapy Center) & (Bangladesh Physiotherapy Hospital).
Participated in various training and seminars throughout her career e.g. Certificate in Manual Therapy & Biomechanics, Manual Therapy Approaches for Musculoskeletal Disorder, Certificate in Clinical Neuro-dynamic and Certificate in Special Child Care. Attended a Certificate Course in Orthopedic Manual Therapy (COMT) based on Mulligan concept held at Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Physiotherapy, Pune, India conducted by Capri Institute of Manual Therapy. Achieved extensive training in Shockwave Therapy (The very latest and unique treatment method in Bangladesh) for Chronic Pain, Musculoskeletal Disorder, Chronic Prostatitis etc from BTL industries Limited.
