Refund and Return Policy
Overview
At Mayfair Wellness Clinic, we stand behind the quality of our physiotherapy-related products. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable health content or software
- Personal care products (e.g., opened pain relief gels, therapy oils)
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.
Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable):
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned beyond 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- Reach out to your bank—processing delays may apply

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@mayfair.com.bd and ship your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your return is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver directly.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted
- For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance
